Gourmet Chocolate Mousse

 
Ingredients -
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons Cold Milk
1 envelope Gelatin
6 tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 tablespoon Oil
2 ounces Unsweetened Chocolate, finely chopped
1-1/2 cups Sugar
2 cups Heavy Cream
2 teaspoons Vanilla
 
Preparation:

Sprinkle gelatin over milk in saucepan until softened. Blend cocoa, oil, chocolate and sugar, add to milk stirring constantly until chocolate melts. Chill.

Whip heavy cream with vanilla to stiff peaks, fold into chilled chocolate mousse, spoon into serving cups or martini glasses, cover, refrigerate overnight and serve with whipped cream topping.

Site Update and Redesign

Thanks for your continued patronage, as you can probably tell big changes are in store for Chocolate Mousses. We are in the middle of a major site redesign and rebuild of the site. We are moving from the site you have seen to a new look for the site this is the first phase as we are trying out a few layouts and seeing how they work.You will still see the old site on all the interior pages we are only trying this out on the home page till we finalize the design layout. The site is to be totally hand coded and uniquely designed site. With this comes change and we hope a better more useful site for our visitors.

Please bare with us as we work to reintroduce the content to the site. It will be necessary to take down the old site before we could total finish the content additions, more when we get closer to this. We are also moving the main site to a virtually totally unique content site with all articles by the owner or one of our writers.

One of the main things we had hoped to gain by this was decreasing the load time of the site. We feel we can accomplish this goal and many more in this process. We hope you will like the new site as much as we are building it.

This site will always hold a special place in our hearts, as it was one of the first site we bought in a move to expand are presence in the specialty recipe market over the years.
